# Analyst-II Business Process ## Job Summary The Analyst-II Business Process role is designed to execute business process transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and adherence to established procedures. This position plays a crucial role in collaborating with senior analysts and managers, participating in process improvement projects, and supporting data analysis efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

## Responsibilities - Execute business process transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures. - Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to drive process improvements. - Participate in process improvement projects and conduct data analysis. - Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and ensuring quality assurance. - Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and preparing reports. - Update and maintain process documentation to reflect current practices. - Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in business process transactions. - Proven experience in business process management and optimization. - Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting. - A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology.

## Experience - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business process analysis or related fields.

## Environment - Work Type: Full time - Work Mode: In-office - Location: Bangalore/Noida

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹430,000

## Job Start Date - September 4, 2025
