# Analyst III Finance Operations ## Job Summary The Analyst III Finance Operations role is designed to support the finance team by leveraging strong analytical skills and technical knowledge. This position plays a crucial role in payroll activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and enhancing operational efficiency through process documentation and analysis.

## Responsibilities - Validate various payroll reports and analyze variances to ensure accuracy. - Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance operations. - Handle customer queries effectively, providing timely and accurate responses. - Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational processes and workflows. - Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.

## Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate scores, preferably with an accounts background. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams. - Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility. - Strong working knowledge in payroll activities. - Knowledge of the country’s statutory requirements.

## Experience - 0-1 year of relevant experience in finance operations or a related field.

## Environment - The position is based in Chennai and follows a hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹400,000 per annum.
