## Job Summary The Product Definition Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Research and Development (R&D) team in Bangalore. This position involves analyzing business needs, coordinating with global teams, and supporting product development within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Train. The role emphasizes collaboration within an agile environment, facilitating effective communication across multiple teams and functions.

## Responsibilities - Analyze and own business requirements, coordinating with developers and stakeholders to assess feasibility, risks, and impacts. - Manage the complete functional scope of projects, including creating and reviewing functional specifications and supporting testing strategies. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery. - Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement. - Support product promotion through documentation, demos, and customer engagement during key events and launches.

## Qualifications - Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in business analysis and product definition. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa. - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Word), UML, XML, and technical writing. - Documentation Skills: Hands-on experience with various documentation and analysis techniques, including: - Software Requirements Specification (SRS) - Business Requirements Document (BRD) - Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) - Requirements Understanding Document (RUD) - Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) - Use cases, user stories, wireframes, specifications - Requirement gathering, gap analysis, test cases, testing, and review. - Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the travel domain or with travel products is a plus. - Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with cloud technologies, data analysis, and agile methodologies (SAFe preferred). - Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in cloud technologies and data analysis. - Understanding of various agile methodologies beyond SAFe.

## Experience - Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis and product definition.
