Job Summary

The role involves leading a team to ensure high performance through technical excellence and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex problems, contributing to cross-functional projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Excellence: Produce high-quality code with efficiency, participate in the complete product development cycle, and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of complex software and system defects, providing timely solutions.
  • Foster robust applications that improve infrastructure availability and implement best practices in code quality and security.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend code evolution strategies and improvements to engineering processes.
  • Build cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among members, ensuring successful project engagement.
  • Contribute to community events and cultural transformation through mentoring junior team members and participating in training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient technical knowledge in software development and system architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues.
  • Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and budget contributions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Familiarity with coding guidelines, unit testing, and code refactoring practices.
  • Participation in community events, hackathons, and open-source projects is a plus.
