## Job Summary The Facility & Tooling Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that the facility and tooling systems are efficient, safe, and functioning optimally within the scope of box build operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality production standards.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain tooling and fixtures for box build applications. - Conduct regular audits of equipment and tooling to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and production machinery. - Provide technical support and training to production staff on tooling operations and maintenance.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling design principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols. - Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Project management experience. - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. - Experience with automation tools and equipment.

## Experience - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility and tooling engineering or a related field is desired.

## Environment This role may involve working in a manufacturing setting, which includes exposure to machinery and production equipment. The position may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of tools or components.
