## Job Summary The General Accounting Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. This position contributes to the organization's overall financial health by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in financial audits.

## Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain general ledger entries. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. - Conduct reconciliations of various accounts and resolve discrepancies. - Support the annual audit process and assist external auditors as needed. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for management. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

## Preferred Skills - Experience with ERP systems. - CPA certification or in pursuit of CPA. - Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting.
