## Job Summary The GM / VP Strategy will play a crucial role in defining and executing long-term growth strategies essential for the organization’s success. This position will focus on various strategic initiatives including sales acceleration, marketing transformation, brand positioning, market expansion, strategic partnerships, revenue optimization, and process performance systems. The role combines both strategic vision and execution-focused responsibilities.

## Responsibilities - Strategic Planning & Business Growth - Develop a sustainable growth roadmap. - Identify new market opportunities. - Build revenue expansion strategies. - Lead diversification in luxury, commercial, and other developments.

  • Sales Strategy Leadership
  • Create structured sales processes.
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance frameworks.
  • Improve lead conversion ratios.
  • Design a high-performance sales team structure.
  • Marketing & Brand Strategy
  • Develop an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses both digital and offline marketing.
  • Strengthen brand positioning.
  • Improve lead generation cost efficiency.
  • Introduce data-driven marketing analytics.
  • Business Development
  • Build alliances with channel partners, corporates, institutions, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) investors.
  • Explore joint venture (JV) models and land aggregation opportunities.
  • Systems & Scalability
  • Implement effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Build dashboards for performance reporting.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scalability.
  • Drive automation wherever possible.
  • Leadership & Culture
  • Mentor senior team members.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Act as a strategic sounding board to the Managing Director and a guide to the sales leadership team.

## Qualifications - 15–20+ years of experience in real estate industries. - Proven track record in scaling revenue from mid-size to large organizations. - Strong understanding of sales funnels, channel sales, digital marketing ROI, land acquisition, and project positioning. - MBA from a reputed institute preferred. - Strong financial acumen. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with high emotional intelligence.

## Preferred Skills - Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance sales and marketing strategies. - Previous experience in leadership roles within fast-paced environments.

## Experience 15–20+ years of experience is required, specifically within the real estate sector.
