## Job Summary The HR Business Partner (International) will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals across international geographies. This position focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws, ensuring a cohesive and effective HR function globally.

## Responsibilities - Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across international geographies. - Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all people-related issues. - Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans, ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluations across geographies. - Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the rewards team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with local market practices and company policies. - HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders, tracking key HR metrics and reporting on trends and areas for improvement. - Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring smooth transitions. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all geographies, staying updated on changes and advising business leaders on potential impacts. - Capability Building: Identify areas for capability development and create programs to enhance employee skills, partnering with the learning team to deliver initiatives. - Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across international geographies, ensuring HR practices support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred. - Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international HR management. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. - Capabilities: - Strong execution orientation with the ability to drive projects independently. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
