## Job Summary You will guide the development of mobile applications that power seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms. This role offers an opportunity to shape technical standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

## Responsibilities - Guide the architecture, design, and development of scalable mobile applications. - Support iOS development efforts and contribute to Android development when needed. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences. - Support and guide a team of mobile developers through code reviews and effective practices. - Establish and support mobile development standards, patterns, and practices.

## Qualifications - Extensive 10+ years experience in mobile development. - Good experience in native iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI). - Familiarity with Android development (Kotlin/Java). - Demonstrated ability to guide teams and deliver mobile solutions. - Good understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles, and performance optimization.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter). - Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.

## Experience A minimum of 10+ years in mobile app development, with a strong focus on both iOS and Android platforms.
