## Job Summary The Java Backend Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems. This position will contribute to the overall performance and functionality of our applications, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components and databases.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy backend systems using Java technologies. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met. - Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards among team members. - Document development processes, code changes, and software specifications.
