## Job Summary The Lead Automation Test Engineer will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts of software products. This role aims to ensure quality through the development and execution of automated test scripts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

## Responsibilities - Lead the automation testing process, ensuring best practices are followed. - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for software applications. - Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies and improve product quality. - Analyze test results, report defects, and ensure timely resolution. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior test engineers in automation tools and practices.

## Qualifications - Strong knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit). - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) for continuous testing. - Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. - Experience with cloud-based testing frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

## Experience - A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role focusing on automation.
