# Mainframe zos ## Job Summary The Mainframe zos role is designed for individuals with a strong background in SMP/E basics and debugging. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of mainframe systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

## Responsibilities - Utilize expertise in SMP/E basics to manage and maintain mainframe environments. - Perform debugging tasks to identify and resolve system issues effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mainframe applications. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Document processes and procedures related to mainframe operations.

## Qualifications - Strong knowledge of SMP/E (System Modification Program/Extended). - Proficiency in debugging techniques and tools. - Familiarity with mainframe operating systems and environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in mainframe systems and SMP/E.

## Environment - This position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: 3,500,000.
