Principal Engineer

## Job Summary The Principal Engineer will lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure full stack applications. This role is crucial in driving technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business vision with technical strategy, ultimately contributing to the organization’s goals.

## Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure full stack applications. - Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS and Azure. - Drive DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, monitoring, and automation. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and roadmap. - Champion engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization. - Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities and developer productivity. - Apply best practices on code quality and security-safe code through non-functional requirements mastery, code reviews, coding guidelines, unit testing, and code refactoring.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in full stack development using backend technologies (e.g., Java, Go, Python) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). - Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure). - Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar. - Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems. - Good understanding of database systems, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DocumentDB). - Fair knowledge in database performance tuning, indexing, replication, and backup strategies. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). - Good knowledge in AI concepts and effective usage of GenAI, Copilot, and AgentAI tools to deliver fast and smart results. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities.

## Experience - Significant experience in full stack development and cloud-native solutions, with a focus on leading technical initiatives.

## Salary - Estimated Salary Range: ₹6,000,000
