## Job Summary The Front-End Developer will be pivotal in enhancing the technical aspects of project delivery within the organization. ## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain client-side applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes. - Lead feasibility studies and project planning efforts while identifying dependencies and areas for improvement. - Propose and implement improvements to the codebase, managing technical debt effectively. - Ensure responsive and adaptive design principles are adhered to for seamless user experiences across diverse devices. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.

## Qualifications - Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Strong experience with modern frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design and information architecture. - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Strong skills in automated testing and performance debugging. - Familiarity with deploying applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management across various domains. - Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines through effective prioritization and estimation.

## Preferred Skills - Exposure to architectural models for internal and external cloud deployment. - Experience with performance tuning and secure coding practices. - Understanding of non-functional requirements at various scaling levels. - Familiarity with General Web Application development, including APIs and services. - Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Qlik or Tableau.
