## Job Summary The Process Engineer - Battery Assembly plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes specific to battery assembly. This position is essential for ensuring that production meets quality standards and efficiency targets, while also contributing to the innovation in battery technology.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement manufacturing processes for battery assembly to improve efficiency and quality. - Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and supply chain to support product development and manufacturability. - Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to minimize downtime. - Document process changes and updates while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices. - Familiarity with battery technology and production processes is a plus. - Proficient in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software). - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in battery assembly processes or related technologies. - Certifications related to process engineering or Lean Six Sigma. - Knowledge of automation in manufacturing.
