## Job Summary The Process Engineer - IBC - Digital + ME role is designed to optimize manufacturing processes through innovative digital solutions and advanced manufacturing engineering techniques. This position will significantly contribute to improving operational efficiency and product quality, aligning with the organization's strategic goals.

## Responsibilities - Analyze and optimize processes related to Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) using digital tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. - Conduct data analysis to monitor manufacturing performance and implement corrective actions. - Leverage digital technologies to facilitate automation and streamline processes.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software. - Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Knowledge of digital manufacturing solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies.

## Preferred Skills - Master’s degree in Engineering or related field. - Familiarity with IBC systems and design. - Experience in project management and leading technical teams. - Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance related to manufacturing.

## Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, specifically in manufacturing settings. - Proven track record in process improvement projects.
