## Job Summary We are seeking a Product Definition Analyst to analyze and manage business requirements in the airline/travel domain. This role will involve coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of functional specifications, and communicating effectively across functions to address project needs.

## Responsibilities - Analyze and own business requirements for projects. - Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders to assess requirements. - Foresee and forecast risks, gaps, and impacts. - Communicate business needs and priorities to relevant customers and stakeholders. - Create, review, and manage functional specifications. - Conduct functional walk-throughs of products with end-users. - Develop testing strategies for new features in collaboration with different functions. - Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders throughout the project phases.

## Qualifications - Experience: 3.5 to 11 years of relevant experience. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, JSON, XML, and Technical Business Analysis. - Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the airline/travel domain is highly preferred. - Software Proficiency: Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Word), Visual Basic, UML, and XML. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of both technical and business communication. - Learning Attitude: Fast learner with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

## Preferred Skills - Knowledge of cloud technologies. - Experience with data analysis. - Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the travel domain. - Familiarity with documentation and business requirements management techniques.

## Experience - Minimum of 6 years of professional experience preferred, with specific exposure to travel domain activities.

## Environment - This role is based in Bangalore, with a dynamic work environment conducive to innovation and collaboration. Adaptability to changing project needs is essential.
