## Job Summary The SAP UX (User Experience) role focuses on enhancing the usability and user satisfaction of SAP applications. The position is vital for ensuring that users can effectively interact with SAP systems, ultimately contributing to higher productivity and efficiency within the organization.

## Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to define user experience requirements for SAP applications. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications for SAP applications. - Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design. - Advocate for user-centered design principles within the SAP environment.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field. - Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts. - Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. - Familiarity with SAP systems and processes is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI development. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

## Experience - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design, particularly in enterprise software, is preferred.
