Software Developer - Backend Infra

## Job Summary The Software Developer - Backend Infra will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support the company's infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the scalability and reliability of the product, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

## Responsibilities - Design and implement backend services that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable. - Collaborate with frontend developers to define and integrate API specifications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend systems for better performance. - Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Participate in the planning and estimation of sprint tasks within an Agile environment. - Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure robust application functionality.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. - Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins or CircleCI. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) to enhance collaboration with frontend teams. - Exposure to big data technologies or real-time data processing frameworks.

## Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend software development, preferably in a startup environment.
