Job Summary

The SRM Facilitator plays a critical role in organizing and facilitating Solution Review Meetings (SRMs) to ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders. This position focuses on enhancing communication, standardizing processes, and implementing best practices to drive efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the Solution Review Meeting (SRM) by circulating the agenda and ensuring all key stakeholders are invited and can attend (Pre-SRM).
  • Collaborate with the Epic/Initiative Owner to finalize and prepare the HSD/DTD for presentation at the SRM (Pre-SRM).
  • Facilitate the SRM, ensuring meetings run smoothly and objectives are met (During SRM).
  • Update relevant tools/applications such as Jira, Management Suite, and Confluence pages to document the completion of SRM activities.
  • Serve as an SRM ambassador by engaging with stakeholders and providing regular updates and reports.
  • Facilitate communication through team forums and internal reviews, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all teams and stakeholders, including providing a Weekly Status Report.
  • Standardize processes to support SRM activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices, contributing to tooling efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills for process improvement and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of IT operations and organizational practices.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience in a collaborative environment.

Experience

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred, with demonstrated capabilities in facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
