# Supply Executive ## Job Summary The Supply Executive plays a crucial role in managing the fulfillment of orders and vendor relationships. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain operations, driving vendor onboarding, and maintaining strong partnerships to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness.

## Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day fulfillment of orders for assigned lanes by coordinating with vendors and internal teams. - Lead the complete end-to-end cycle of new vendor sourcing, onboarding, maintaining relationships, and retention. - Identify and drive lead-based fragmented vendor onboarding on a large scale for the assigned lane, ensuring a high conversion ratio from ground sales. - Negotiate with vendors to reduce supply costs over time, increasing profitability. - Take complete ownership of work and deliver impactful results, demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and bridge supply gaps, including vendor identification and onboarding. - Effectively interact with diverse situations in dispute cases such as payments and operational issues. - Maintain strong follow-ups with vendors and internal teams for new requirements and develop a robust network. - Willingness to travel intra-city/inter-city on a monthly basis (approximately 10 days a month) as per business needs.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Willingness to travel as required.

## Experience - Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or vendor relations.

## Environment - Work setting is in-office, located in Gurugram. The role requires occasional travel intra-city/inter-city based on business needs.
