Job Summary

The Team Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of staff employees, ensuring their performance aligns with the department's strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff employees, defining performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.

  • Suggest improvements and new techniques in processes, operational models, and plans.
  • Ensure the timely investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with software development, architecture, solutions, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding company and organizational information.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with budget management and financial impact considerations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Engineering) preferred.
