Zakres współpracy obejmuje:

  • realizacja usług w projektach bankowych, które mają bezpośredni wpływ na sprzedaż i rozwój produktów finansowych: od modeli predykcyjnych skłonności do zakupu takich produktów jak skarb FX, leasing, faktoring czy gwarancje krajowe i zagraniczne, po rozwój nowych modeli wspierających sprzedaż w konkretnych obszarach biznesowych,
  • projektowanie, rozwój i wdrażanie modeli Machine Learning wspierających sprzedaż oraz rozwój produktów finansowych,
  • przygotowywanie, analiza i przetwarzanie danych, w tym feature engineering oraz dbanie o jakość danych,
  • budowa i optymalizacja zapytań SQL oraz praca na dużych zbiorach danych,
  • tworzenie i utrzymanie pipeline’ów danych oraz procesów ETL,
  • wdrażanie modeli do środowisk produkcyjnych (API, batch processing, integracje systemowe),
  • monitorowanie skuteczności modeli oraz ich dalsza optymalizacja,
  • rozwój i utrzymanie procesów MLOps (CI/CD, wersjonowanie modeli, Docker),
  • współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i IT przy realizacji projektów data science end-to-end,
  • lokalizacja projektu: Warszawa/Poznań,
  • tryb realizacji usług: hybrydowo,
  • budżet projektu: do 115 PLN/h + VAT, w zależności od doświadczenia oraz zakresu świadczonych usług.

Kompetencje wymagane do realizacji usług:

  • min. 3 lata doświadczenia w obszarze Machine Learning / Data Science,
  • doświadczenie w budowie, trenowaniu i walidacji modeli ML,
  • znajomość języka Python oraz bibliotek ML (np. scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, LightGBM / XGboost),
  • znajomość SQL / SQL Server (pod względem optymalizacji zapytań, indeksów, pracy na dużych wolumenach danych),
  • umiejętność przygotowania i przetwarzania danych (m.in. data wrangling, feature engineering),
  • doświadczenie we wdrażaniu modeli do środowiska produkcyjnego (API, batch processing, integracja z systemami),
  • znajomość dobrych praktyk MLOps (wersjonowanie modeli, CI/CD, Docker),
  • umiejętność pracy z pipeline’ami danych (np. SSIS / Python / inne narzędzia ETL).
