Zakres współpracy obejmuje:

  • świadczenie usług w ramach projektu związanego z budową i wdrażaniem rozwiązań AI wspierających cały proces Software Development Life Cycle,
  • projektowanie i rozwój systemów opartych o LLM, Agentic AI oraz RAG, usprawniających analizę, development, testowanie i automatyzację procesów,
  • budowę agentów AI oraz rozwiązań wykorzystujących kontekstowe wyszukiwanie informacji i bazy wiedzy,
  • tworzenie prototypów, PoC, MVP oraz rozwiązań gotowych do wdrożenia produkcyjnego,
  • identyfikację obszarów SDLC, które mogą zostać zoptymalizowane z wykorzystaniem AI,
  • definiowanie standardów, governance oraz zasad bezpiecznego wykorzystania modeli AI w organizacji,
  • mierzenie efektów biznesowych i operacyjnych wdrażanych rozwiązań,
  • współtworzenie podejścia organizacji do wykorzystania AI w procesie wytwarzania oprogramowania,
  • tryb realizacji usług: hybrydowo, obejmujący obecność w biurze w Warszawie 1 dzień w tygodniu,
  • budżet projektu: do 190 PLN/h + VAT, w zależności od doświadczenia oraz zakresu świadczonych usług.

Kompetencje wymagane do realizacji usług:

  • bardzo dobra znajomość Azure AI Foundry oraz usług AI dostępnych w ekosystemie Azure,
  • doświadczenie w projektowaniu i budowie rozwiązań opartych o Agentic AI,
  • praktyczne doświadczenie w projektowaniu i implementacji rozwiązań RAG, obejmujących wyszukiwanie kontekstowe, embeddingi, wektoryzację oraz integrację z bazami wiedzy i dokumentami,
  • doświadczenie w integracji modeli AI z aplikacjami, API, narzędziami developerskimi oraz procesami DevOps,
  • doświadczenie developerskie w jednym z obszarów: Java Development, Quality Assurance lub AI/LLM Architecture,
  • doświadczenie z narzędziami wspierającymi agentic coding, takimi jak GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex lub podobnymi,
  • znajomość zagadnień związanych z MCP Servers, Context Engineering oraz LLM Guardrails,
  • doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań wykorzystujących LLM do wspierania procesu testowania oprogramowania,
  • znajomość procesu SDLC, CI/CD, code review, testów automatycznych oraz dobrych praktyk wytwarzania oprogramowania,
  • umiejętność przekazywania wiedzy członkom zespołu.
  • Mile widziane:
  • doświadczenie z modelami open-source lub self-hosted LLM,
  • znajomość narzędzi Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, SonarQube oraz rozwiązań wspierających development i delivery,
  • doświadczenie w definiowaniu standardów AI Governance i bezpieczeństwa modeli,
  • doświadczenie w projektach o charakterze R&D oraz wdrażaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań AI w środowisku enterprise.
