Zakres współpracy obejmuje:

  • projekt dla branży finansowej- platforma inwestycyjna o dużej skali, obsługująca miliony klientów,
  • projektowanie i rozwój architektury systemów rozproszonych i mikroserwisowych o wysokiej skali i niezawodności,
  • udział w budowie i rozwoju systemów krytycznych,
  • definiowanie i rozwój długoterminowej strategii technicznej oraz roadmapy architektonicznej,
  • projektowanie rozwiązań cross-systemowych w środowisku cloud-native,
  • zapewnianie wysokich standardów w obszarze bezpieczeństwa, observability i reliability,
  • współpracę z zespołami Product, Design, Security oraz DevOps przy dostarczaniu rozwiązań end-to-end,
  • mentoring Senior Engineerów i podnoszenie standardów technicznych w organizacji,
  • udział w inicjatywach zero-to-one oraz refaktoryzacjach krytycznych systemów,
  • promowanie nowoczesnych praktyk inżynierskich: DevOps, AI automation, security by design,
  • tryb realizacji usług: 100% zdalnie,
  • budżet projektu: do 210 PLN/h + VAT w zależności od doświadczenia oraz zakresu świadczonych usług.

Kompetencje wymagane do realizacji usług:

  • minimum 8+ lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i budowie systemów rozproszonych o wysokiej dostępności,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość Java i/lub Kotlin oraz Spring Boot,
  • doświadczenie z architekturą mikroserwisową i systemami cloud-native,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z AWS (ECS, Fargate, Lambda lub podobne usługi chmurowe),
  • znajomość system design oraz umiejętność świadomego podejmowania decyzji architektonicznych (trade-offy: REST vs gRPC vs GraphQL, sync vs async, SQL vs NoSQL),
  • doświadczenie w środowiskach produkcyjnych o wysokiej skali i wymaganiach niezawodności,
  • stosowanie podejścia „you build it, you run it” oraz doświadczenie z DevOps, CI/CD i Dockerem,
  • znajomość praktyk bezpieczeństwa (JWT, OAuth2) i podejścia Shift Left Security,
  • doświadczenie w pracy w środowiskach regulowanych (fintech/ bankowość- duży atut),
  • umiejętność komunikowania złożonych zagadnień technicznych zarówno do zespołów technicznych, jak i biznesowych (angielski min. B2+),
  • doświadczenie w mentoringu i pracy na poziomie Staff / Principal / Senior Engineer'a- o wysokim wpływie,
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w wykorzystaniu narzędzi AI/ML w procesie developmentu (np. code generation, test automation, CI/CD automation).
