Zakres współpracy obejmuje:

  • analizę i dokumentowanie procesów kredytowych dla klientów biznesowych oraz identyfikację obszarów wymagających optymalizacji,
  • zbieranie, analizę i doprecyzowywanie wymagań biznesowych we współpracy z biznesem, IT oraz innymi interesariuszami,
  • modelowanie procesów biznesowych i rozwiązań systemowych z wykorzystaniem BPMN oraz UML,
  • tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji analitycznej, w tym user stories, use cases, kryteriów akceptacji oraz backlogu produktu,
  • wsparcie projektowania i wdrażania cyfrowych oraz zdalnych procesów obsługi klientów biznesowych,
  • współpracę z zespołami developerskimi, testerami oraz Product Ownerem w środowisku Agile/Scrum,
  • udział w warsztatach biznesowych oraz analizę wpływu zmian na istniejące procesy i systemy,
  • zarządzanie wymaganiami i ich priorytetyzację z wykorzystaniem Jira i Confluence,
  • weryfikację zgodności dostarczanych rozwiązań z wymaganiami biznesowymi oraz regulacjami sektora finansowego,
  • wsparcie testów biznesowych (UAT) oraz procesu akceptacji wdrażanych zmian,
  • model realizacji usług: 100% zdalnie,
  • budżet projektu: do 145 PLN/h + VAT.

Kompetencje wymagane do realizacji usług:

  • min. 4- letnie doświadczenie w roli Analityka Biznesowego w sektorze finansowym- preferowana bankowość, ewentualnie ubezpieczenia lub fintech,
  • praktyczna znajomość procesów kredytowych dla klientów biznesowych,
  • umiejętność zbierania, analizowania i dokumentowania wymagań biznesowych,
  • znajomość notacji BPMN i UML oraz umiejętność modelowania procesów,
  • doświadczenie w tworzeniu user stories, use cases, kryteriów akceptacji i zarządzaniu backlogiem,
  • znajomość metodyk Agile/Scrum,
  • praktyczna znajomość narzędzi Jira i Confluence,
  • umiejętność współpracy z biznesem, zespołami IT i innymi interesariuszami,
  • samodzielność, analityczne myślenie oraz umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów i doprecyzowywania wymagań.
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie w projektach związanych z cyfryzacją i zdalną obsługą klientów, np. bankowością internetową, znajomość analizy systemowej, doświadczenie w projektowaniu i optymalizacji procesów kredytowych oraz udział w testach akceptacyjnych UAT.
