Die Scaly Academy ist ein zertifizierter Bildungsträger, der Unternehmen dabei unterstützt, KI-Kompetenzen aufzubauen. Mit unseren praxisnahen Kursen und umfassender Beratung zur staatlichen Förderung helfen wir Unternehmen, ihre Mitarbeiter zukunftssicher weiterzubilden.

Wir suchen einen Videografen / Video-Editor (Pflichtpraktikum), der unseren YouTube-Kanal und unsere Video-Inhalte gestaltet und verwaltet. Du wirst im Home Office arbeiten mit gelegentlichen Drehterminen vor Ort.

Aufgaben

  • Videoproduktion für unseren YouTube-Kanal und KI-Weiterbildungsinhalte
  • Professionelle Aufnahmen mit der bereitgestellten Sony Alpha 7 IV
  • Schnitt und Bearbeitung von Schulungsvideos, Testimonials und Case Studies
  • Erstellung von YouTube-Thumbnails und ansprechenden Grafiken für Social Media
  • YouTube-Kanalverwaltung, inkl. Optimierung und Planung von Videoinhalten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Videoinhalten auf unserer Lernplattform
  • Nebenaufgaben: Erstellung von kreativen Assets für Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Optional: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Podcast-Inhalten
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Videoproduktion und Videobearbeitung mit – ob aus Hobby-Projekten oder praktischen Einsätzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kamera und professionellem Videomaterial ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Kompetenz in Video-Editing-Software (z.B. Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) oder bereitschaft, diese schnell zu lernen
  • Idealerweise hast du Grundkenntnisse in Design und Grafikbearbeitung (Thumbnails, Social-Media-Grafiken)
  • Verständnis für YouTube-Anforderungen: SEO, Thumbnails, Schnittrhythmus und Engagement-Faktoren
  • Du bist kommunikativ, zuverlässig und arbeitet gerne im Team
  • Begeisterung für KI-Themen ist von Vorteil
  • Ein technisches Grundverständnis und Selbstständigkeit sind wichtig
