Scan Con Group har godt gang i aktiviteterne, og vi søger en dygtig og engageret kollega til vores administration i Nørre Alslev.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

• Kreditorbogholderi.

• Bogføring og afstemning af finans, banker og mellemregningskonti.

• Lønbogholderi

• Fakturering og opfølgning på betalinger.

• Klargøring af materiale til måneds- og årsafslutning.

• Administration af forsikringer og øvrige administrative opgaver.

• Kontakt med offentlige myndigheder.

• Medvirken til udvikling og optimering af administrative og økonomiske arbejdsgange.

• Ad hoc-opgaver på tværs af administrationen.

Vi forestiller os, at du har erfaring fra en lignende stilling inden for lønbehandling og administration. Du arbejder struktureret, tager ansvar for dine opgaver og har sans for detaljen. Du er desuden naturligvis fortrolig med Microsoft Office.

Engelsk er en nødvendighed i relation til kommunikation med vores udenlandske kontorer.
