Tööülesanded: Otsime oma meeskonda sihikindlat ja tulemustele orienteeritud müügiesindajat, kes naudib aktiivmüüki, soovib panustada müügikasvu ning arendada tugevaid ja pikaajalisi kliendisuhteid kasvavas väikekliendi segmendis. Töö kirjeldus: - Väikekliendi portfelli aktiivne juhtimine, haldamine ja arendamine ning kõrge kliendikogemuse kvaliteedi tagamine. - Aktiivne kliendisuhete loomine ja hoidmine. - Müügitsükli juhtimine algusest lõpuni. - Uute müügivõimaluste leidmine ja realiseerimine. - Müügitulemuste kasvatamine.

Omalt poolt pakume: - Võimalust luua väärtust valdkonnas, millel on tähendus.- Konkurentsivõimelist töötasu. - Töövahendid (sülearvuti, telefon sh isiklikuks kasutamiseks). - Osalist kodukontori võimalust. - Tervisekompensatsiooni. - Töökohta Jüri kontoris (Kesk tee 3).

Muud nõuded: Ootused kandidaadile:- Sul on varasem kogemus aktiivmüügis või müügihalduses ning naudid igapäevast suhtlust, suutes veenvalt ja tulemuslikult läbirääkimisi pidada. - Sul on oskus suhelda ja kirjutada eesti keeles korrektselt ning Sa valdad inglise keelt suhtlustasandil ja kirjas. - Sa oled oskuslik MS Office'i programmide kasutaja, sealhulgas Exceliga töötamisel ning arvutikasutajana tunned ennast julgelt ja mugavalt. - Oled organiseeritud ja proaktiivne tegutseja, kellel on tugev tulemustele suunatud mõtteviis ning oskus oma tegevusi efektiivselt planeerida ja prioriseerida. - Kasuks tulevad teadmised põllumajandusest ja vene keele valdamine suhtlustasandil.
