Vi tror på deg som deler lidenskapen for de gode frokostopplevelsene og som vil bidra til å utvikle våre frokostkonsepter. Hver dag samles våre kjøkkenkollegaer for å hjelpe hverandre til å skape gode frokostopplevelser. Dette for at våre gjester skal få en meget god start på dagen.

Våre ansatte bidrar til endring og vi innarbeider alltid bærekraft i våre handlinger. En av våre kokker utfordret oss nylig til å slutte å bruke PVC-plast. Tiltaket er iverksatt og PVS-plast er nå ute av våre kjøkken.

**Dine arbeidsoppgaver som frokostkokk: **

  • Tilrettelegge og lage høy kvalitetsfrokost, i samsvar med vårt frokostkonsept
  • Følge rutiner for økologiske- og kravmerkede produkter og kildesortering
  • Bidra til et godt arbeidsmiljø og samarbeid med kollegaer i kjøkkenet og med ulike avdelingerBidra til videreutvikling av vårt frokostkonsept
  • Bidra til å redusere matsvinn
  • Etterse at lover, helse-, miljø- og sikkerhetsforskrifter følges

Etter som vi har høyt fokus på holdbarhet kommer du til å arbeide i et miljø der vi anvender ferske råvarer, kjemikaliefrie rengjøringsmidler og vårt eget springvann, til fordel for samfunnet.

Vi er opptatt av at du skal få en god balanse mellom arbeid og privatliv, slik at du kan fokusere om det å være kreativ på kjøkkenet og gi våre gjester en enestående opplevelse.

Erfaring som vi ønsker at du vil dele med oss:

  • Erfaring i fra liknende arbeid
  • Snakker engelsk og kan gjøre seg forstått på norsk da jeg har arbeidere som ikke kan engelsk.
  • Du må ha mulighet til å kunne stille på jobb 06.00 om morgenen. Dette er veldig viktig.

Først og fremst trenger jeg en frokostkokk, men det vil være muligheter for vakter på lunsj og konferansemiddager og lignende som kjøkkenhjelp. Må ha mulighet for å kunne jobbe helger. Startdato vil være så snart som mulig.
