Opgaver

  • Medansvar for den daglige drift af baren
  • Skabe energi, engagement og motivation i barteamet under service
  • Sikre en gæsteoplevelse i topklasse gennem høj service, kvalitet og orden
  • Introducere, oplære og støtte nye team members
  • Sikre korrekt lagerstyring og varebestilling
  • Gå forrest som rollemodel ved implementering af nye initiativer og arbejdsprocesser
  • Sikre den rette stemning og atmosfære gennem fokus på lys, musik og gæsteoplevelsen
  • Sikre konsekvent efterlevelse af åbne- og lukkeprocedurer samt høje operationelle standarder

Hvem er du

  • Du er uddannet bartender med bred cocktailerfaring eller tilsvarende erhvervserfaring
  • Du er vant til at gå foran og inspirere alle til at yde deres allerbedste
  • Du er vild med god service og at skabe relationer
  • Du er en dygtig sælger, der er god til at sætte dig ind i gæstens behov og ønsker
  • Du taler et nordisk sprog og et godt engelsk
