Opgaver

  • Byde gæsterne velkommen med et smil og sikre en god kontakt dagen igennem
  • Sikre overblik over hver en detalje i konference-, kongres-, event- og mødeaktiviteterne og altid klar til at sikre mersalg
  • Forberede og sikre kvalitet i mødelokalerne inden mødestart og supportere vores gæster med hotellets AV udstyr og faciliteter
  • Deltagelse i lokale salgsinitiativer, herunder vedligehold af kundedatabaser

Hvem er du

  • Du har erfaring inden for servicebranchen, gerne fra Meeting & Events, evt. uddannet receptionist, guide ell. lign.
  • Du har lyst til at overgå vores gæsters forventninger og sætter en ære i altid at levere høj kvalitet
  • Du motiveres af at have travlt, og du er altid synlig og tilgængelig for vores gæster
  • Du behersker IT helt ud i fingerspidserne, og det vil være en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til Opera Cloud
  • Du taler et nordisk sprog og kan kommunikere på engelsk (både skrift og tale)
