Du skaber tryghed om natten for vores gæster og har en sjette sans for god service. Vi glæder os til at byde dig velkommen.

Opgaver

  • Ind- og udcheckning af hotellets gæster
  • Servicering af gæster inkl. opsalg af værelser
  • Klargøring af praktiske opgaver til næste dag, bl.a. opsætning af morgenmadsbuffet
  • Give en hjælpende hånd, når der skal serveres kolde drikke til gæster i hotellets populære Level Six Rooftop Bar
  • Let rengøring af public area
  • Daglige rutiner i receptionen inkl. kasseafstemninger og natkørsel
  • Sikkerhedsrunderinger i huset

Hvem er du

  • Du kan godt lide at arbejde om natten
  • Du er enten uddannet receptionist, serviceøkonom eller har erfaring fra lignende jobs inden for servicebranchen
  • Du har et godt humør og let til smil
  • Du er en dygtig sælger, der er god til at sætte dig ind i gæstens behov og ønsker
  • Du behersker IT helt og det vil være en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til Opera Cloud
  • Du taler et nordisk sprog og kan kommunikere på engelsk
