Bist du der perfekte Gastgeber? Kannst du unseren Gästen ihre Wünsche von den Lippen ablesen? Du stellst sicher, dass der Service und operative Abläufe in unseren Outlets stimmen. Dafür kommunizierst du mit dem Team, coacht diese in täglichen Abläufen um somit Prozesse stetig zu optimieren damit unsere Gäste jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert sind.

Hier erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

  • operative Führung der F&B Outlets und Koordination der F&B Abteilung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Entwicklung aller relevanten Standards und Prozesse der Bereiche Restaurant, Bars, Bankettservice und des F&B Einkaufs
  • Mitverantwortlich bei der Organisation einer effizienten und professionell geführten F&B Abteilung
  • Verantwortlich für einen sauberen, einladenden Zustand der Servicebereiche
  • Sicherung der Servicequalität und der damit verbundenen Kundenbindung
  • Transparente Kommunikation und Pflege der Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen im Haus
  • Überwachung und stete Optimierung der Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Entwicklung des Teams und die Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung der Abteilungen Restaurant, Bankett, Bar und Frühstück
  • Führen von Disziplinargesprächen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B Manager
  • Verantwortlich für die Einsatzplanung externer Mitarbeiter
  • Auswahl der Mitarbeiter für die Servicebereiche in Kooperation mit dem F&B Manager, deren Einarbeitung und Führung im Sinne des Scandic Talent Management Konzept
  • Übernahme von Duty Manager Diensten
