Du vernetzt dich gerne mit den Teams aus den operativen und kommerziellen Abteilungen, um gemeinsam großartige Hotelerlebnisse zu schaffen.

Der Kern unserer Tätigkeit ist unser skandinavischer Arbeitsstil. Das ist in unseren Wurzeln und unsere DNA zu finden. Wir wachsen weiter und denken dabei groß, arbeiten als Team zusammen und glauben daran, dass nichts, aber auch gar nichts unmöglich ist. Scandic ist der Ort, an dem Du wachsen und zugleich die beste Version von Dir selbst sein kannst. Du übernimmst u.a. folgende Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme der Kunden ab Vertragsabschluss zur anschließenden Detailplanung für unsere beiden Hotels in Frankfurt und unser Hotel in Stuttgart
  • Annahme von Anfragen, Angebotserstellung, Vertragsabschluss sowie Detailabsprachen für kurzfristige Veranstaltungen und Wiederkehrer
  • Durchführung von umfangreichen Hausführungen und Pre-Con-Meetings
  • Übergabe von geplanten Events und Gruppenanreisen an die operativen Abteilungen im Rahmen des Function-Sheet-Meetings
  • Präsenz während und nach der Veranstaltung
  • Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen
  • Verantwortung für den Rechnungsversand

Am liebsten wäre es uns, du brennst genauso für die Hotellerie wie wir. Du bist glücklich, wenn unsere Gäste glücklich sind. Deshalb übernimmst du Dienstleistungen gerne und erledigst sie unkompliziert. Nachhaltigkeit ist dir wichtig – in deiner Umgebung und bei deinem Handeln. Du bist offen, spontan, kreativ, kritikfähig und absolut integer. Uns begeisterst du mit deiner natürlichen, eigenständigen Persönlichkeit und mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder Veranstaltungswesen oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Event-, Hotelmanagement, Veranstaltungsorganisation
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Hotellerie sowie im Veranstaltungs- und Gruppenverkauf
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und pflegst gerne den Kontakt zu Menschen am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Du bist eine Person, die Freude daran hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mit mutigen Entscheidungen einen Teil zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens beizusteuern
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
