Ob als Kolleg:in, Geschäftspartner:in oder als Gast - Scandic verändert. Als National Group & Convention Sales Manager:in bist du unser:e Hauptansprechpartner:in für potenziellen Kund:innen. Entwickle gemeinsame Verkaufsstrategien, mit dem Ziel, unsere Marke, sowie unsere Botschaft zu sichern und zu vergrößern. Be the Change und werde auch du ein Teil von etwas Großem. Das erwartet dich bei deiner neuen Stelle:

  • Du nimmst Anfragen aus dem MICE-Bereich für unsere neun Hotels an und bearbeitest diese - dein Fokus wird aber auf unserem Scandic Stuttgart Europaviertel liege
  • Du arbeitest strategisch und beratend
  • Qualifizierungs- und Follow Up Calls führst Du selbstständig durch
  • Du erstellst individuell auf die Kunden abgestimmte Angebote und begleitest die Verhandlung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Du führst Hausführungen mit unseren Kunden durch (vor Ort und virtuell)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Detailing Teams der Hotels, dem Sales und dem Revenue Team zusammen Unsere Hotels sind so vielseitig wie unsere Aufgaben: Wir haben Hotels in sechs deutschen Großstädten von 173 Zimmern bis 561 Zimmern. Wir bearbeiten kleine Zimmergruppen, aber sind auch für große Meetinggruppen bis zu 800 Personen verantwortlich. Speziell für unser Stuttgarter Hotel gestaltest du erfolgreiche Veranstaltungen, baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und trägst mit deiner Arbeit direkt zum Erfolg eines der führenden Business- und Meetinghotels in Stuttgart bei – in einem internationalen Unternehmen mit starken skandinavischen Werten und einer offenen Unternehmenskultur.

Wir freuen uns auf Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und pflegst gerne den Kontakt zu Menschen am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Hotellerie sowie im Veranstaltungs- und Gruppenverkauf
  • Du bist eine Person, die Freude daran hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mit mutigen Entscheidungen einen Teil zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens beizusteuern
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Opera Cloud
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
