Nu söker vi en General Manager – en ledare som inspirerar och skapar upplevelser i världsklass!

Som General Manager hos oss på Scandic Strömmen har du det övergripande ansvaret för hotellets verksamhet. Tillsammans med dina chefskollegor driver du hotellet mot uppsatta mål och utvecklar arbetssätt och processer utifrån Scandics riktlinjer. Du är en närvarande ledare som attraherar, utvecklar och inspirerar dina medarbetare – för att skapa en gästupplevelse och arbetsplats i världsklass, idag och i framtiden.

En viktig del av rollen är att bygga nätverk och samarbeta med lokala aktörer för att stärka Scandics varumärke och skapa lönsamma affärer. Du rapporterar till District Director och är en del av teamet som tillsammans driver distriktets resultat och utveckling.

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för människor och du trivs med att vara närvarande bland både gäster och medarbetare. Du är en trygg och tydlig ledare med god självinsikt, starkt resultatfokus och en utvecklad samarbetsförmåga. Du är lyhörd, har hög integritet och skapar förtroende i alla relationer.

Din erfarenhet

  • Du har flera års erfarenhet som hotelldirektör eller från en liknande befattning inom hotellbranschen.
  • Du har dokumenterade sälj-, affärsmässiga och ekonomiska resultat.
  • Du har erfarenhet av att leda genom andra chefer och att utveckla ledare och team mot gemensamma mål.
  • Du är en inspirerande ledare med dokumenterad förmåga att skapa engagemang, prestation och en stark företagskultur.
  • Du har goda ekonomiska kunskaper och är van att driva verksamhet med fullt resultatansvar.
  • Du är kommunikativ och behärskar engelska i tal och skrift.

Tjänsten är tillsvidare på heltid och vi tillämpar provanställning.

Tillträde enligt överenskommelse, gärna så snart som möjligt.

Arbetstiderna varierar och tjänsten kräver flexibilitet då arbete både kvällar och helger kan förekomma utifrån verksamhetens behov.
