På Scandic Plaza i Umeå bor våra gäster i avslappnad miljö med utsikt över Umeå Älv, bara några kvarter från gågatans shopping och nöjesliv. De kan strosa på stan, spendera tid i vår relaxavdelning eller avsmaka en god middag på hotellets restaurang.

Vi är ett team som jobbar med mycket glädje och engagemang- vi är stolta över vår arbetsplats. Våra medarbetare är vår främsta tillgång: hos oss ska man trivas och utvecklas vidare. Oavsett varför gästen kommer till oss är det få saker som är så uppskattade som ett vänligt ansikte som hälsar välkommen. Som kock agerar du värd tillsammans med övriga teamet på hotellet och skapar en gästupplevelse i världsklass.

Vad innebär rollen som kock?

Här får du en mycket viktig uppgift på hotellet genom att säkerställa en gästupplevelse i världsklass när det kommer till våra mat- och dryckesmiljöer. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att planera, förbereda och tillaga mat samt att presentera maten på ett tilltalande sätt.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av à la carte-servering och matlagning.
  • Är trygg i köket och kan arbeta självständigt även under högt tempo.
  • Har god råvarukunskap och ett genuint intresse för mat och gastronomi.
  • Förstår vikten av ordning, kvalitet och noggrannhet.
  • Är flexibel och lösningsorienterad.

Samarbete är avgörande

Vi lägger stor vikt vid din samarbetsförmåga. Köket är en laginsats där kommunikation, respekt och hjälpsamhet är avgörande för att skapa både en bra arbetsmiljö och en fantastisk gästupplevelse. Du trivs med att arbeta nära kollegor, stöttar teamet när det behövs och bidrar med en positiv energi även under stressiga perioder.
