Hvad tilbyder vi?

En 2-årig elevuddannelse i et dynamisk miljø, hvor du kombinerer teoretisk læring på handelsskolen

med praktisk erfaring i hverdagen. Du bliver en fast del af vores indkøbsteam og får en erfaren

oplæringsansvarlig, der guider dig hele vejen.

Ansvarsområder og primære arbejdsopgaver:

• Opfølgning og logistik: Sikre rettidig levering af varer og følge op på ordrebekræftelser.

• Leverandørkontakt: Kommunikere med både danske og internationale leverandører.

• Datavedligeholdelse: Oprette og opdatere stamdata, priser og vareinformationer i vores ERP-

system.

• Fakturaafstemning: Kontrollere, at priser og mængder på fakturaer matcher vores aftaler.

• Ad hoc-opgaver: Deltage i leverandørmøder, markedsanalyser og mindre forhandlingsforløb.

Kvalifikationer:

• Bestået (eller snart bestået) EUD, EUX, HHX eller STX/HF/HTX suppleret med et EUD-S/EUS-

forløb med adgang til handelsuddannelsen.

• Stærk i dansk og engelsk – både i skrift og tale.

• Flair for IT samt erfaring med eller interesse for brugen af Office-pakkens programmer (særligt

Excel).

• Kendskab til eller interesse for ERP-systemer og databehandling.

Personlige Egenskaber:

• Du brænder for tal, købmandskab og god kommunikation.

• Struktureret og systematisk: Du er god til at beholde overblikket i en travl hverdag.

• Nysgerrig og initiativrig: Du trives med en bred kontaktflade og er klar til at tage ansvar.

• Selvstændig og samarbejdsorienteret: Du kan arbejde effektivt både selvstændigt og i teams.
