Airsafe söker nu en självgående och ansvarstagande Purchasing Manager som vill verka i en miljö där varje insats märks och räknas. Airsafe är ett försvarsbolag som utvecklar, producerar och säljer kvalificerade textilprodukter som fallskärmar, selar och teknisk utrustning för krävande miljöer. Utöver detta genomför vi service och underhåll på kvalificerade syrgasutrustningar för flygverksamhet samt för räddningsutrustningar för den maritima miljön. Vi ingår och är en del i försvarskoncernen Scandinavian Astor Group. Om rollen Som Purchasing Manager ansvarar du för att planera, leda och utveckla företagets inköpsarbete för att säkerställa att material och tjänster anskaffas på ett kostnadseffektivt och kvalitetsmässigt sätt. Du arbetar i nära samverkan med försäljning, produktion, lager, kvalitet och med bolagets VD. Du ingår i ledningsgruppen. Hos oss är beslutsvägarna korta och du kommer att ha ett stort mandat och ansvar att säkerställa effektiva inköpsprocesser, starka leverantörsrelationer och hög leveransprecision och vid behov utveckla, förstärka och förbättra dessa. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar att:

ansvara för företagets inköpsstrategi och operativa inköp

utveckla och underhålla relationer med leverantörer

förhandla priser, avtal och leveransvillkor

säkerställa tillgänglighet av material och komponenter

följa upp leverantörsprestationer och driva förbättringsarbete

arbeta aktivt i företagets Business Management System

bidra till utveckling och effektivisering av inköpsprocesser

stödja Sales Manager att göra kalkyler och underlag till offerter

Vi söker dig som har:

flerårig, väl meriterande erfarenhet av inköp och/eller supply chain management

god vana av att arbeta i ett Business Management System som Monitor, Pyramid/Mapaz

vana att arbeta med såväl svenska som utländska leverantörer

vana att arbeta i team och att där tillsammans nå framgång

mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

svenskt medborgarskap

B-körkort.

Meriterande:

erfarenhet från försvars- eller säkerhetsbranschen
