Cluster Chief Engineer (m/w/d)

Was uns wirklich wichtig ist

  • Du bist eine technisch versierte und lösungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die mit Weitblick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch den technischen Betrieb unserer beiden Hotels sicherstellt
  • Du bist ein engagierter Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke, der Mitarbeitende weiterentwickelt und nachhaltige sowie wirtschaftliche Lösungen vorantreibt

Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen technischen Betriebs beider Standorte sowie Überwachung der technischen Anlagen, Standards und Servicequalität
  • Führung und Personalmanagement: Führung und Entwicklung der technischen Teams, Planung des Personaleinsatzes sowie Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Hotels
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung: Planung und Überwachung präventiver Wartungsmaßnahmen, Koordination von Reparaturen und Störungsbeseitigung sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Budget und Kostenkontrolle: Erstellung und Überwachung der technischen Budgets, Kontrolle der Betriebs- und Wartungskosten sowie Planung von Investitionen und Reparaturen
  • Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit: Optimierung des Energie- und Wasserverbrauchs, Umsetzung von Einsparmaßnahmen und Unterstützung der Nachhaltigkeitsziele beider Hotels
  • Sicherheit und Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, technischer Standards, Brandschutz- und Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen sowie Koordination vorgeschriebener Prüfungen und Audits
  • Projektmanagement: Planung und Steuerung technischer Projekte, Renovierungen und Modernisierungen sowie Koordination von Dienstleistern und Überwachung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualität
  • Reporting und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management: Erstellung technischer Berichte und Kennzahlen, Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Abteilungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung einheitlicher technischer Standards und Prozesse für alle Hotels
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen: sowie administrative Unterstützung und Kostenkontrolle in den zuständigen Abteilungen

  • Übertarifliches Gehalt
  • Bis zu 15 % deines Gehalts + 150 EUR Präsenzprämie als monatlichen Bonus (gekoppelt an wirklich erreichbare Ziele)

  • 40 Wochenstunden aufgeteilt auf 5 Tage à 8 Stunden
  • Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge
  • Keine Urlaubssperre im Sommer

  • Mitarbeiterrestaurant (nur geldwerter Vorteil wird versteuert)

  • Idealerweise mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich
