Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) für unsere Hotels ScanHotels City & ScanHotels Stadthafen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Finanz-, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Taggenaue Überwachung, Bearbeitung und Buchung von Bankbewegungen
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Führen der Sach- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern
  • Unterstützung der Gruppenleitung der Finanzbuchhaltung in allen Belangen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und internen Richtlinien

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische / steuerliche Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenstellungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware
  • sichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • eine selbstständige, genaue, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Buchhaltungserfahrung in der Hotelbranche von Vorteil
