Som reservedelssælger skal du betjene vores reservedelskunder i Danmark og udlandet.

Du bliver ansat på vores kontor i Skive, hvor du skal hjælpe vores kunder, montører og værksted med salg af reservedele til vores produktsortiment. Du vil få ansvaret for et eller flere af vores mærker og samtidig have ansvaret for kontakten til den pågældende leverandør.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet omfatte tilbudsgivning, ordrebehandling, opfølgning på leverancer samt rådgivning af kunder og kolleger om de rette reservedele og løsninger. Du bliver en del af et erfarent team, hvor samarbejde, faglig sparring og god kundeservice er en naturlig del af hverdagen.

Faglige egenskaber

Du skal have kendskab til IT på brugerniveau. Du kan være uddannet inden for lager, handel eller have erfaring fra en lignende stilling. Derudover har du flair for godt købmandsskab og trives med kundekontakt samt salg og rådgivning af reservedele.

Det er en fordel, hvis du har teknisk forståelse eller interesse for maskiner og reservedele, men det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at lære vores produkter at kende og kan sætte kundens behov i centrum.

Personlige egenskaber

Vi forventer, at du kan arbejde selvstændigt og er ansvarsbevidst. Det er vigtigt, at du arbejder struktureret og målrettet, og din ordenssans skal være dominerende i det daglige.

Derudover er du serviceminded, har gode samarbejdsevner og trives med en hverdag, hvor opgaverne varierer, og tempoet til tider er højt. Du tager initiativ og følger dine opgaver til dørs.
