SCC är ett av världens ledande institut för kommersiell tvistlösning och en oberoende enhet inom Stockholms Handelskammare. Varje år hanterar vi omkring 200 tvister med parter från fler än 40 länder. Nu söker vi en ekonomikoordinator som vill bidra till att vår ekonomihantering fungerar smidigt och fortsätter utvecklas.

Din roll

Du samordnar SCC:s löpande ekonomihantering och har nära kontakt med kollegor, externa parter och Stockholms Handelskammares ekonomiavdelning. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

·Hantera fakturering, överföringar och betalningar.

·Hantera nationella och internationella ekonomiska frågor, inklusive moms.

·Bidra till att förbättra ekonomiska rutiner och systemstöd.

Du får möjlighet att påverka hur arbetet organiseras och utveckla rollen med dina idéer och erfarenheter. Du rapporterar till SCC:s biträdande generalsekreterare och arbetar på vårt kontor på Regeringsgatan 29 i centrala Stockholm.

Vem är du?

Du har en kandidatexamen i ekonomi och känner dig bekväm med att arbeta med ekonomirelaterade arbetsuppgifter. Du tycker om att kommunicera skriftligt och muntligt på både svenska och engelska.

Har du arbetat med att utveckla eller implementera systemstöd för ekonomi och fakturering är det meriterande.

Som person är du noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande. Du uppskattar många kontaktytor, ger god service och samarbetar gärna med andra. Du trivs när det händer mycket och är nyfiken på hur arbetet kan göras enklare och bättre.
