- Техник бүрийн байршил, ашиглалт, насжилт, техникийн нөхцөл, өртөг, үлдэгдэл үнэ болон бүтээмжийг хянах;

- Техникийн бэлэн байдал, ашиглалтын түвшинг нэмэгдүүлж, сул зогсолт болон засвар үйлчилгээний зардлыг бууруулах;

- Урьдчилан сэргийлэх болон урьдчилан таамаглах засвар үйлчилгээ, сэлбэгийн нөөц, үйлдвэрлэгч болон үйлчилгээ үзүүлэгчдийн удирдлагыг оновчлох;

- Техник бүрийн нийт эзэмшлийн өртөг, цагийн өртөг, хөрөнгийн өгөөжийг тооцож, засварлах, шинэчлэх, дахин үйлдвэрлэх, солих эсхүл борлуулах шийдвэр гаргах;

- Группийн 3–5 жилийн техник, тоног төхөөрөмжийн хөрөнгө оруулалт болон парк шинэчлэлийн төлөвлөгөө боловсруулж, худалдан авах, түрээслэх, сэргээн засварлах хувилбаруудыг эдийн засгийн үр өгөөжөөр харьцуулах;

- Групп доторх техник ашиглалт, түрээсийн ил тод үнэ тариф, хуваарилалтын үр ашигтай тогтолцоог бий болгох;

- Телематик, GPS, түлшний хяналт, засвар үйлчилгээний удирдлагын систем болон ERP-г уялдуулж, өгөгдөлд суурилсан паркийн удирдлагын систем бий болгох;

- Компанийн үйл ажиллагаа, төсөв, ашигт ажиллагаа, мөнгөн урсгал болон KPI-ийн гүйцэтгэлийг удирдах;
