  • Шинэ төслийн зах зээлийн судалгаа, тооцоолол, төлөвлөлт хийх;
  • Группийн болон охин компаниудын урт болон богино хугацааны санхүүгийн төлөвлөлт боловсруулах, нэгтгэх, хэрэгжүүлтийг удирдах, хэрэгжилтэд хяналт тавих;
