Гүйцэтгэх үндсэн чиг үүрэг:

  • Компанийн санхүү, Нягтлан Бодох бүртгэлийг Олон улсын бүртгэлийн болон холбогдох хууль тогтоомж, дүрэм журам /МУ-ын Нягтлан бодох бүртгэлийн тухай хууль, Татварын багц хуулиуд, Нийгмийн даатгалын багц хуулиуд, Аудитын тухай хууль/-ийн хүрээнд үнэн зөв хөтлөн явуулж, холбогдох тайлан балансыг хугацаанд нь гаргах, хяналт тавьж удирдлагаар хангаж ажиллах;
  • Санхүү, нягтлан бодох бүртгэлийн үйл ажиллагаанд хяналт тавих;
  • Удирдлагыг шаардлагатай санхүүгийн тоон мэдээлэл, тайлангаар хангах;
  • Нягтлан бодох бүртгэлийн системийн шийдлийг оновчтой боловсруулах, бодлогыг тодорхойлох;
  • Компанийн санхүүгийн гүйцэтгэл, үйл ажиллагааны үр дүнд судалгаа, шинжилгээ хийх, хяналт тавих, тайлагнах, санал боловсруулах;
