Ажлын байрны зорилго: Барилгын Зохицуулагч нь уурхайд мөрдөгддөг стандарт, дүрэм журмын хүрээнд гүйцэтгүүлэх ажлуудад мэргэжлийн чиг үүргээр хангаж,удирдлагаас өгсөн заавар, зөвлөмжийг хэрэгжүүлэн, ажлын тайлан мэдээллээр хангаж, төслийн хүрээнд гарах санхүү болон, чанар, аюулгүй ажиллагаа, байгаль орчинд үүсэх эрсдэлийг хянаж ажиллана.
