The posting

Department: Lexus Management Department

Position: Lexus Associate

Job Purpose: To serve as the entry point of the Lexus experience in Mongolia at Lexus Emerge (the distributor's brand base): helping every guest understand the Lexus brand, its values and products through heartfelt, Omotenashi, and actively supporting sales by turning guests into qualified leads and handing them over seamlessly to the dealers, who lead sales and after-sales. Working as part of the Lexus ONE TEAM with the dealers, under the guidance of the Lexus Manager and Deputy Manager, the Associate builds long-term relationships with owners through the Owners' Lounge, owner events and community activities. The Associate also contributes to departmental goals and all brand-related initiatives.

Key roles: 1.Brand Experience & Omotenashi at Lexus Emerge. 2.Sales Support & Lead Handover to Dealers. 3.Customer Relationship & CRM (Distributor–Dealer Coordination). 4.Owners' Lounge & Daily Operations. 5.Lexus Owners' Community & Events. 6.Brand Learning & Continuous Improvement (Ever Better). 7.Other ad hoc tasks which are in line with the department and company direction Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience

- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality (premium/luxury preferred), sales or the automotive industry. Interest in the Lexus brand, cars and Japanese hospitality culture. - Clear, warm and confident communication. - English communication skills (Japanese is an advantage). - Willing to learn and share Lexus brand and product details. - Basic sales skills: hearing, product presentation and follow-up. - Organized and skilled at planning and running events. - Able to collect and handle customer information accurately (CRM). - Valid driver's license for test drives. - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software for data analysis and report preparation.
