Position: Marketing Manager

Company: Mongolian Leading FMCG Company

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand image and market positioning
  • Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis based on both international and domestic market trends
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead new product launches, brand development projects, and marketing campaigns
  • Manage both digital and traditional marketing channels in an integrated approach
  • Build, lead, and develop the marketing team
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external and international partners; actively participate in cross-border projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
  • An international education background is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience working on international marketing projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
